The Personality Development program by LearnTaastic makes learning enjoyable, effective, and rewarding. Our unique approach encourages continuous progression with a clear path to improve overall skills.

The LearnTaastic Personality Development program started with the motive of combining language skills with development psychology. The curriculum is designed in a manner, which not just imparts knowledge, but also enhances the learning and memory skills of an individual. We offer a series of activities and well-structured levels of learning that focus on Personality Development. Our curriculum is divided into five levels and each progressive level takes you closer to your goal of mastering 21st-century soft skills.

The program ensures well-rounded learning that integrates the ‘OUR APPROACH’ theory with its practical applications. To make this happen, the school follows the pedagogical approach of ‘guide on the side’ instead of ‘sage on the stage’. The ‘guide on side’ approach is an interactive, inclusive, and effective method that focuses on the role of the teacher as a guide who is constantly interacting with students to bring out the essence of what is being taught instead of ‘teaching’ the students in a traditional passive manner. To further ingrain what is being taught and enable students to apply the learnings in real-time, the program focuses on project and scenario-based learning. Project-based learning helps students take ownership of their learning and the teacher is seen as a guide who assists them throughout the project instead of telling them what to do. This encourages students to organically develop essential life skills like accountability, critical thinking, and confidence. Scenario-based learning enables students to juxtapose their learnings with real-life situations, thus nudging them to apply these learnings in real-time.
